Ricky Pimentel volunteers at the ReCYCLEry, a nonprofit community bike shop in Carrboro, North Carolina, with a mission to encourage the use of bicycles for transportation and recreation. Ricky values the importance of cycling as a sustainable mode of transportation as well as a great way to stay active in our everyday lives. Ricky’s work at the ReCYCLEry teaches self-reliance through bicycle maintenance and repair all while encouraging constructive community involvement.
